Hot Yoga is a vigorous flow class with an emphasis on combining breath with movement. A physical fitness form of yoga where you will build strength, balance and flexibility. The room is heated to allow for deeper stretching without injury, and to promotes detoxification throught the largest gland in your body-the skin. The heat also adds a cardiovascular benefit. You can reduce stress, become more flexible and enjoy an overall sense of well-being. All levels welcomed. Please bring your own mat, towel and water. 75 minutes. |
