Power Yoga

An Ashtanga/Vinyassa based class in which you flow from one asana (posture) to the next, emphasizing the connection between breath and movement. A powerful physical fitness yoga class that focuses on building strength and flexibility at the same time. You will strenghten, stretch and tone every muscle in your body, and work cardio-vascularly, strengthening your heart and lungs. This is a 100% total body, mind and spirit work-out! If you like to challenge your body and your mind then this is the class for you!

Hot Yoga

A powerful vinyassa flow-style physical fitness yoga class taught in a 90-100 degree room allowing you to stretch deeper and further without injury. You also detox through the largest gland in your body-the skin. You will reduce stress, improve strength and flexibility and balance, have greater mental clarity and leave with an over-all sense of well-being.

Hot Yoga Basics

This introductory vinyasa flow is done in a heated room to promote deeper stretching, whole body sweating as a natural form of detoxification and to add a vigourous cardio vascular benefit to the practice. To acclamate to the heat the temperature in this class will be dialed down slightly and the foundational postures will be introduced for the beginner. This class is also a good opportunity for the experienced practitioner to reconnect with the fundamentals. 60 minutes.

Yoga Basics

Learn the fundamentals of Yogic Postures, Breathing, and Meditation in this alignment based beginners class.

Intermediate/Advanced Yoga

This class is not for the very beginner, rather those interested in taking their practice to the next level through advanced postures. Based on the Anusara Universal Principals of Alignment. 90 min

All-Level-Yoga

All Level Yoga is designed to emcompass the beginner to the advanced student. The beginner will be lead through the fundamentals of yoga asanas (postures, breathing and relaxation in a safe and comfortable manner, and the intermediate to advanced student will review the fundamentals of the postures and be lead to the next level appropriately and safely. We recommend this class for new students to Yoga

Kundalini Yoga

A sacred science which works on your energy centers using yoga postures, sound meditation and specified exercises to attain optimum health, emotional balance, reduce stress and increase brain functioning and intuition. A natural unfolding of your true nature.

Gentle Yoga

A subcategory of Hatha yoga adapted to meet the needs of beginners and those with limitations. Emphasis is on breathing, yoga postures, balance, and relaxation techniques. Props such as chairs, straps and blocks are utilized if necessary. 60 minutes

Therapeutic/Restorative Yoga

Heal your body from the inside out with a safe gentle yoga practice designed for people recovering from sports injuries and long term illness, with special medical conditions, and stress-related issues. This is a therapeutic restorative class in which props, gentle yoga asanas, breathing and meditation will be incorporated. Relax and Rejuvenate, bring your body back to its natural working order through Yoga.

Prenatal Yoga

Enjoy a gentle form of yoga that will increase your energy level, relieve tension and promote deep relaxation in the company of other expectant women. A class for both pre and post natal women.

Total Body Conditioning

For all ages and all levels of fitness!! A cardio workout with innovative body resistance training exercises and weighted bars. The class includes a vigorous lunge series, a great ab work-out and incorporates balance work, strength training and floorwork. A total body workout. 60min
